OptiNest is a general shapes nesting software for all Maxicam nesting CNCs.
It comes will full labelling functionality and also enabled for stock and off cut management/re-integration to your stock.
Based on a powerful algorithm, OptiNest’s main standard parameters are calculation depth, smoothing factor, pieces grouping, and propagation mode.
OptiNest imports pieces outlines, tooling and inner openings (bored pieces) in DXF format. Outlines and tooling are described either by closed polylines, or by a succession of open polylines, arcs, and lines.
