Crown Norge ACM High-Speed Series
This solid carbide V-Grooving tool is specially engineered for machining Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM). Unlike standard engraving bits, this tool is fully balanced to run at High Speeds, making it the industry standard for manufacturing sign trays and architectural cladding.

Perfect Folding: Cuts a precise flat-bottomed V-groove that allows ACM panels (like Dibond and Alupanel) to be folded by hand to a sharp 90° angle.
Vibration Free: The fully balanced solid carbide body eliminates chatter, ensuring a smooth fold without cracking the aluminium skin.
Versatile: While designed for ACM, it also produces excellent engraving results in Acrylic, Plastics, Wood, and MDF.
