Crown Norge A-DC Series (Acrylic Downcut)
The A-DC Series features a specialized Single Flute Downcut geometry designed specifically for processing Acrylic and Hard Plastics.
Why choose a Downcut for Acrylic?
Material Hold-Down: The downward spiral action pushes the material firmly against the CNC bed. This is essential when cutting thin sheets or small parts where vacuum hold-down might be weak.
Prevents Lifting: Eliminates the risk of parts lifting or vibrating ("chatter"), ensuring a crisp, smooth edge finish.
Clean Top Edge: Because the cutter shears downwards, it leaves a perfect, chip-free finish on the top surface of the material.
