A non-VOC, fully synthetic saturated ester based product suitable for high performance CNC machining.
The product gives ultimate surface finish and tool-life and offers significant benefits over other environmentally acceptable lubricants in terms of oxidative stability and odour.
HYCUT SM8 has no air mist hazard and has a very high flashpoint and auto-ignition temperature compared to similar viscosity mineral oil based products, which makes it safer in use.
HYCUT SM8 finds it principal application in metal cutting/routing when used with spray misting equipment and has proven to be very successful when used on a wide variety of metals.
However, it can also be flooded onto the work piece as with conventional cutting oils where its ultra-high lubricity will provide exceptional results.
