Crown Norge SUPERIOR coated V-GROOVING ACM routing tools are very hard cutters made from the highest quality tungsten carbide with revolutionary "Superior" coating for dry or wet cutting of aluminium, ACM mineral core, TRESPA (HPL) and hard to cut materials. Superior coating allows 60% less friction!
The new SUPERIOR range of tooling has been extended to include new tool sizes and dimensions. The revolutionary new coating on these tools allow for super fast dry routing of aluminium, ACM, mineral core, TRESPA (HPL)++. No need for coolant or oil as the coating provides a 60% reduction in friction compared to a standard carbide tool. In addition, the hardened coating prolongs the cutting edge, thus dramatically increasing tool longevity. The SUPERIOR range of tools also provides an exceptional finish in ACM / DIBOND® and results in a near polished edge.
Innovative Engraving, V grooving and chamfering tool for aluminium composite panels (DIABOND). It has also been tested on 0.3mm steel laminated diabond.
